Standard shipping within Italy is free (3-4 business days).
Standard shipping to other countries is complimentary and will be calculated at the checkout.
Express shipping within EU (European Union Countries) is complimentary (next day delivery) will be added to your final purchase at the check out.

For orders over 200 euros shipping in EU is free.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU

Shipping to non-EU (countries out of European Union Countries) is complimentary, only express shipping option is available, your order will shipped with DHL or UPS. Shipping cost will be added to your final purchase at the check out.

For orders over 200 euros shipping is free.


Returns

All purchases made on portarte.net are considered final. If you have any inquiries before making a purchase, please feel free to reach out to us at portartecom@gmail.com. Should you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photo documentation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any requests for returns or exchanges.


If your item has been damaged during shipping, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item(s). We will give you the information on returning it, and once we receive the damaged item, we will either repair the item or replace it.  We are sure we can come to a fair agreement on repairing or replacing your item.

If your item has been lost or substantially delayed (6 weeks period) we will be more than happy to issue a refund for the full purchase price of the items.

We provide repair services for all PORT’ARTE products. Please ensure that items are securely packaged when sending them in for repair; we recommend using bubble wrap. PORT’ARTE cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging during transit, so we advise using sturdy boxes.
